ABOUT US
Estro was born in 2024 from the vision of Giovanni Flore and Serena Meloni.
With a solid background in hospitality and an enriching eight-year experience in Cardiff, Wales, they chose to return to their beloved Sardinia to begin a new chapter.
Brimming with ideas and eager to share their knowledge, this is where it all began.
Estro was created not only to complement the services of Aquae Sinis Albergo diffuso, but also to meet the diverse needs of its guests.
Located in the main building of the Aquae Sinis Hotel, in the heart of Cabras, the restaurant boasts a panoramic terrace overlooking the town’s beautiful main church.
Estro’s mission is to make Sardinian culinary culture accessible and enjoyable to all, adapting to the habits and needs of both locals and visitors.
We’ve extended our kitchen hours beyond traditional Italian times — from April to October, you can enjoy dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:45 PM.
We also aim to surprise local guests with new interpretations of traditional dishes, always made with Sardinian ingredients and a commitment to high quality.
Special off-menu creations will be available regularly — there’s always something new to discover.
